My Bible says:
"A plan in the heart of a man is like deep water, But a man of understanding draws it out."-Proverbs 20:5 NASB
What I think this verse is saying to me is that a man knows discernment and reaches deep within the heart to find that wisdom and counsel. Just my thought. love you girl!
Oh I forgot to mention what i meant by reaches deep. For me it is like he searches. okay thats all!
